Статья: Vole’s of subfamily arvicolinae chemocommunication histoenzymatic model of (based on the skin glands’ phosphatase activity) Автор: Киладзе Андрей Бондоевич (Thu, 11/17/2016 - 23:36)
This monograph contains the histochemical study results of the skin glands’ phosphatase activity as the basis for creating a model of chemocommunication between the sexes in 25 subfamily Arvicolinae voles species. The two-level model of the chemical communication at the level of histoenzymatic activity is proposed: (1) topographically different skin glands in adults of both sexes and (2) individuals in intersexual relationships. The model is additive in nature, as the first level is part of the second. It is shown that in most cases, the potential of males’ information fields dominated over females’, reflecting the existence of sexual dimorphism.
