Metasystem of learning activity
In this work, on the basis of the metasystem approach, an attempt is made to develop the concept of metaregulation of educational activities. The interrelation of system of interpersonal relations and educational activity by means of metasystem level is proved. The role of interpersonal relations in the process of formation and maintenance of educational activity is revealed. Metasystem organization of educational activities is manifested in the presence of predicative and regulatory functions of interpersonal relationships in the structure of educational activities. Allocated and describes the effects of the metasystem learning activities.
Possibilities of application of methods of predicative Analytics for the analysis of educational activity are shown. A predicative model is developed, statistically and empirically tested, which establishes causal relationships between the elements of the system of interpersonal relations and the success of educational activities. The effect of the influence of elements of the system of interpersonal relations on the stabilization of educational activity and its success has been experimentally proved. Described the effect of interpersonal relationship training activities, manifested in the following aspects: the state of non equilibrium of the psychological system that is the basis meta regulatory function of interpersonal relations of subjects of educational activity; the effect of anti-motivation; distribution of interest to the educational activities along the logistic curve.
