The design of power supply systems of industrial enterprises (theory and examples)
This publication is a training manual for higher educational institutions for students studying on the "Power supply" profile of the "Power and electrical engineering" specialty, but may be useful for engineering-technical workers in the field of design of power supply systems. This tutorial contains a basic amount of information required to perform the course project on the supply of industrial enterprises. Its content corresponds with the "Energy Supply" textbook by Konyukhova Ye. A., Moscow Powe Engineering Insitute Publishing House, 2014. The tutorial discusses the range of challenges encountered in the design of power supply systems of industrial enterprises and higher voltage up to 1 kV. It presents theoretical methods and practical examples of determining the estimated electrical loads in the units and in general for industrial enterprises, selection of the system external and internal electricity supply, including power lines, transformers, main step-down and workshop substations with compensation of reactive power and choice of equipment of the network.
The appendix contains cost and technical data for electrical equipment according to for 2015.
