Psychological and acmeological correction of civil servants professional orientation
The work proves the need for developing new service relationships in parallel with the division of competences of services and employees on the types of funded projects taking into account the Russian Federation directions of innovative development. It discusses the fundamental approaches to different types of public service such as civilian, military and law enforcement, as well as methods of control, level of professionalism improvement and optimization of the personnel number, and the most important method is certification to determine compliance of the public servant position. Special attention is paid to the analysis of such concepts as professionally important qualities. The work is intended for researchers and specialists in the field of psychology and acmeology.
