Business risk insurance
The monograph attempts to justify that business risk insurance is independent in relation to other types of property insurance. Relying on legal regulation and business risk insurance practice, the author explores the content and subjective composition of insurance relations arising in connection with the implementation of this type of property insurance. For this purpose, an extensive comparative legal analysis of the types of property insurance prescribed by law has been carried out, and features of their combined use have been identified. In addition, the author considers the theoretical and practical problems of correlation of entrepreneurial and other income-generating activities in the context of the entity’s legal status. The scientific publication is intended for researchers, teachers, practicing lawyers, as well as for graduate students and students who want to deepen their knowledge in the field of civil law.
